新工科视域下高校人才培养模式改革策略探究

The Reform of Talents Training Mode in Universities under the New Perspective of Science and Engineering

当今时代,我们倡导的是创新型的人才培养模式,高校主要培养的是学生走向社会、将知识运用于工作岗位的能力,高校需要针对经济新常态发展,为新技术、新产业和新业态和新模式等发展培养合格的创新型人才。高校信息化教学改革下,需要进一步注重学生核心能力的建设,针对创新动力不足这一问题进行深层次的探究。该文立足于“卓越计划”的人才培养目标,基于新工科建设对“卓越计划”的升级版内涵进行分析,分别从教学理念、学科专业结构、学科专业建设、人才培养模式等提出相应的意见和建议,实现新工科建设下人才培养质量的提升。

Nowadays,the fostering and nurturing of talents with innovative power is universally advocated.Instead of merely offering socializing and concrete career competence,universities ought to cultivate sound talents who will be adaptable in the ever-changing environment.Hence,a further study concerning how to elevate inadequate innovation power should be implemented,which is of vital importance within the process of reform in pedagogical methodologies.Based upon the fostering and nurturing of talents,together with the analysis of new perspective of science and engineering,this thesis aims at providing certain options for teaching purposes,discipline constructions as well as quality improving in the cultivation of talents.
