Effectively improving the talent training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship for science and engineering college students which can further promote the development of our country's economy and the progress of society.This paper studies the training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship talents of science and engineering students under the"new normal",and from the idea propaganda,school teaching,school enterprise cooperation and other aspects of the construction of training model strategy.
