Cultural construction is an important part of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges in the new era.In the context of the micro-era,to strengthen the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship culture in higher vocational colleges,we need to solve the problems of concept,system and practice,and build the innovation and entrepreneurship culture of higher vocational colleges with certain characteristics from the aspects of students'daily management,classroom learning and extracurricular cultural activities.
