摘要
在高压辊磨机的工业试验过程中,针对遇到给矿不畅问题,做了探索性的研究。通过矿石的物理特性以及外部条件的变参数试验可知:形成诸矿的主要原因是矿物的粘结力。并通过试验分析初步得出了堵矿形成的机理。
Since the industrialization experiment performed upon the high-pressure grinding roller has encountered the problem of poor condition to feed ore,the following exploratory study on this issue is done in this paper:Through the experiments of changing external conditions and parameters of the physical characteristics of ore,we find that the main reason for blocking the feeding ore to High-Pressure Grinding Roller is not the friction,but the adhesive force of minerals.And through the experimental analysis,the mechanism of the formation of the ore is preliminarily obtained.
