摘要
通过物理模型试验方法及数值分析方法,研究砖与砂浆黏结滑移性能。以砂浆强度等级和页岩多孔砖孔洞率为变量进行8组48个三砖试件剪切黏结-滑移试验,得到双剪三砖试件的黏结破坏形态、黏结强度及黏结强度-滑移曲线。提出多孔砖砌体黏结强度计算公式和黏结滑移本构模型,根据本文提出的黏结滑移本构模型建立了双剪三砖试件分离式细观模型进行有限元模拟实验,其计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,验证了砖与砂浆界面黏结滑移本构模型的适用性及砌体分离式细观模型的合理性。
Based on the physical model test and numerical simulation analysis,the bond-slip behavior between shale porous brick and mortar was investigated.The 48 specimens made of two types of porosity shale porous brick with different mortar strength grades were conducted by double-sided shear tests and the bond failure mode,the bonding strength and the bond strength-slip curve were obtained.The calculating formulas of bond strength of porous brick masonry and the bond-slip constitutive models were established.The results of finite element simulation of separated micro mechanical masonry model according to the bond-slip constitutive models matched well with the test results,which proved the applicability of the bond-slip constitutive model of the interface between brick and mortar as well as the rationality of the separated micro mechanical masonry model.
