一种基于相电流轨迹的逆变器开路故障诊断方法

An open-circuit fault diagnosis method for inverter based on phase current trajectory

提出一种非侵入式的针对逆变器功率器件开路故障的诊断方法。针对开路故障前后的相电流轨迹进行基于数学模型的分析;根据相电流轨迹的分析数据进行故障特征的提取并结合积分算法对故障进行定位;基于dSPACE半实物仿真平台对本文所提故障定位方法的有效性与可靠性进行实验的验证。研究结果表明:所提方法可以很好的应用于逆变器开路故障诊断。

A non-intrusive diagnosis method for power semiconductor switch open-circuit faults of inverters is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the phase currents trajectory before and after open circuit fault were analyzed based on mathematical model.Then,based on the analysis of phase currents trajectory,the fault features were extracted and the fault location was carried out with the integration algorithm.Finally,based on dSPACE hardware-in-the-loop experiment platform,the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed fault location method were verified.
