林元益阳胶囊对小鼠补肾益阳作用的实验研究

Experimental study on Kidney-yang reinforcing effect of Linyuan Yiyang capsule

目的:通过观察林元益阳胶囊对肾阳虚模型小鼠的影响,以及对正常小鼠交配能力和精子数量的影响,阐明其补肾益阳的作用机制。方法:观察林元益阳胶囊对糖皮质激素诱导的肾阳虚模型小鼠的体征及自主活动次数的影响,对小鼠的体重、体温、生殖器官脏器指数及血清cAMP/cGMP进行测定。观察林元益阳胶囊对正常小鼠交配能力(捕捉潜伏期,捕捉次数、捕捉率)、生殖器官脏器指数及附睾精子(数量、存活率)的影响。结果:林元益阳胶囊能改善糖皮质激素模型小鼠的阳虚症状,其中大剂量组能缓解氢化可的松造成的小鼠体重下降,可明显提高阳虚模型小鼠体温;大、中剂量组模型小鼠自主活动次数及附睾指数增加;各剂量组模型小鼠睾丸指数、血清cAMP/cGMP值均显著增加。林元益阳胶囊能增强正常小鼠的交配能力,其中大剂量组可明显缩短正常小鼠捕捉潜伏期,各剂量组均可明显增加附睾精子的数量,并显著提高精子存活率。结论:林元益阳胶囊可缓解模型小鼠“肾阳虚”症状,提高正常小鼠的交配能力,显著提高小鼠精子数量和精子存活率。实验证明,林元益阳胶囊具有补肾益阳的作用。

Objective:To observe the effect of Linyuan Yiyang capsule on mice with kidney-yang deficiency model and the effect of mating ability and sperm count on normal mice,and to elucidate the pharmacological effects of kidney and strengthening yang.Methods:Using classic modeling by intramuscular injection of hydrocortisone.To observe the mental state,body weight and rectal temperature,locomotor activity and genital organ coefficient.The plasma cAMP/cGMP levels of model mice were detected.The genital organ coefficient,the mating ability(catching latency,capture times,capture rate)and the sperm counts of normal mice were measured.Results:Compared with the model group,Linyuan Yiyang capsule had the effect on Yang deficiency syndrome.The high dose group of Linyuan Yiyang capsule could significantly elevated body weight deficiency and obviously increases rectal temperature.The high and middle dose group could obviously increased the locomotor activity of the hydrocortisone-induced kidney-yang deficient mice,and improved the organ coefficient of epididymis.Furthermore,Linyuan Yiyang capsule significantly increased the organ coefficient of testis and elevated plasma cAMP/cGMP.value when compared with the model group.Compared with the normal group,Linyuan Yiyang capsule improved the mating ability and the sperm counts of the male mice.The high dose of Linyuan Yiyang capsule could significantly reduce the capture latency.Linyuan Yiyang capsule obviously improved the sperm counts and sperm survival rate in each dose group.Conclusion:Linyuan Yiyang capsule has beneficial effects on invigorating kidney and strengthening yang.
