丹参川芎嗪注射液联合前列地尔对后循环缺血性眩晕患者脑血流量及内皮功能的影响

Effect of Danshen ligustrazine injection combined with alprostadil on cerebral blood flow and endothelial function in patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo

目的:探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液联合前列地尔对后循环缺血性眩晕患者脑血流量及内皮功能的影响。方法:选取后循环缺血性眩晕患者146例,随机分成两组各73例,对照组给予丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础之上给予前列地尔注射液治疗,治疗14 d后,比较两组临床疗效、脑血流量及内皮功能的差异。结果:观察组总有效率为94.52%,明显高于对照组(83.56%,P<0.05);观察组各动脉脑血流量增高显著(P<0.05);两组患者血清ET-1水平显著降低,NO水平显著增高(P<0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液联合前列地尔治疗后循环缺血性眩晕可通过保护血管内皮功能,改善脑部血流量,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Danshen ligustrazine injection combined with alprostadil on cerebral blood flow and endothelial function in patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods:A total of 146 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were randomly divided into two groups,73 cases each.The control group was treated with Danshen ligustrazine injection.The observation group was treated in the control group.On the top of the treatment with alprostadil,after 14 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy,cerebral blood flow and endothelial function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.52%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.56%,P<0.05).The cerebral blood flow of each artery in the observation group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum ET-1 level was significantly decreased and the NO level was significantly increased in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of cisplatin ischemic vertigo combined with alprostadil injection can improve the blood flow of the brain and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
