加味苍附导痰丸联合穴位埋线治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征临床研究

Cangfu Daotan pill combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of obesity polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:探讨加味苍附导痰丸联合穴位埋线治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效。方法:选取肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者116例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各58例,对照组患者给予达英-35治疗,治疗组患者给予穴位埋线联合加味苍附导痰丸治疗,观察两组临床疗效,比较治疗前后BMI、WHR水平,观察两组患者糖代谢和激素水平,并比较两组患者不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组总有效率(96.55%)高于对照组(77.59%)(χ^2=9.523,P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者BMI、WHR无明显差异,治疗后两组患者BMI、WHR均降低,且治疗组患者降低程度较对照组明显(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR无明显差异,治疗后两组患者糖代谢指标水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者激素水平无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组激素指标升高/降低程度较对照组明显(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组不良反应发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味苍附导痰丸联合穴位埋线治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效显著,改善患者糖代谢水平和激素水平,且无不良反应增加。

Objective:Investigate the clinical effect of Cangfu Daotan pill combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of obesity polycystic ovary syndrome(POCS).Methods:Selected 116 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group(n=58),control group patients give Diane-35 treatment,the treatment group patients give Cangfu Daotan pill combined with acupoint catgut embedding,observation of two groups of clinical curative effect of BMI and WHR level before and after the treatment,observe two groups of patients with glucose metabolism and hormone level,and compare the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups.Results:The total response rate(96.55%)in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(77.59%,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in BMI and WHR between the two groups,but after treatment,BMI and WHR were reduced in both groups,and the reduction degree of patients in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in FPG,FINS,and homa-ir between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the levels of glucose metabolism indexes in the two groups were all reduced compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in hormone levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of hormone indicators in the treatment group was significantly higher/lower than that control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group and control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Cangfu Daotan pill combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome is significant,improving the level of glucose metabolism and hormone in patients,and there is no increase in adverse reactions.
