现浇暗埋段隧道裂缝控制关键技术研究

摘要 在本篇文章中,我们主要是对南沙港铁路通过广珠铁路向北连接的京广铁路进行了简单的研究,可以发现在2018年的时候,我们在其现浇按埋隧道处发生了有着大量贯穿的竖向裂缝,因此需要对其现场检查,通过检查的内容可以初步的判定为温度裂缝,并且可以发现隧道中的混凝土它的温峰大约在八十摄氏度左右,因此,在这一个过程当中,我们需要使用水化热抑制剂,从而有效的降低混凝土的温度,从而使其隧道裂缝能够得以控制。因此,我们主要是简单的介绍了如何控制隧道的方式以及技巧,希望能够提供给相关从业者一些有效的建议。 In this article, we mainly studied the Beijing Guangzhou railway connecting the northern Guangdong Railway to the north through the Guangzhou Zhuhai railway. We can see that in 2018, we had a lot of vertical cracks in the tunnel at its cast-in-place tunnel. Therefore, we need to check the site. The contents of the inspection can be initially judged as temperature cracks and can be found. The temperature peaks of concrete in tunnels are about 80 degrees Celsius. Therefore, in this process, we need to use hydration heat inhibitors to effectively reduce the temperature of concrete, so that the tunnel cracks can be controlled. Therefore, we mainly introduced how to control the tunnel and the skills, hoping to provide some effective suggestions to the relevant practitioners.
