摘要
“粗放”是我国房建工程管理中的常见现象,该问题对工程建设造成了诸多不利影响,本文以“甲供为主、乙供为辅”的材料供应模式为主要探究对象,详细探讨了房建工程中施工材料的管理责任、方法。
“ Extensive” is a common phenomenon in the management of housing construction projects in our country, the problem has caused a lot of adverse effects on the construction of the project. This paper takes the material supply mode of“ party a supply mainly, party b supply as auxiliary” as the main research object, and discusses the management responsibility and method of construction materials in the housing construction projects in detail.
