摘要
结合蓝牙环塑料件的双射注射成型需要,运用Moldflow对塑料件的双射重叠注塑进行了仿真模拟,CAE结果表明,重叠注射时,第二次注射的采用工艺参数:模具温度为74℃,料温为230℃,成型周期为20 s,充填时间为2 s,三段保压:20 MPa/4 s,15 MPa/2 s,10 MPa/2 s。设计了其A模、B模同体的双射旋转注塑模具,模架结构为两板式两次打开假三板结构。在模具A模、B模中,各设置有两个子模腔,子模腔都采用点浇口进行浇注。两次开模分别用于流道废料的脱模和4个子模腔的打开。模具通过更换A模和B模的型芯方式来实现双射注射成型,换芯时,旋转杆将型芯镶件顶出并旋转180°来达到成型模腔“换芯”的目的,简化了双射模结构。
According to the requirement of bi-injection moulding of bluetooth ring plastic part,the simulation of overlapping injection molding was carried out by using Moldflow.The CAE results show that the second injection process parameters are as fol-lows:moulding temperature 74℃,material temperature 230℃,moulding period 20 s,filling time 2 s,three-stage holding pressure are:20 MPa/4 s,15 MPa/2 s,10 MPa/2 s.The bi-injection mould with the same A and B modes was designed.The mould frame structure is a two-plate two-time open pseudo-three-plate structure.In mould A and B,there are two sub-model cavities respec-tively,and the sub-model cavity is poured by point gate.The two-opening-plate were used for demoulding of runner waste and open-ing of four sub-moulds respectively.The core of mould A and B was replaced to realize double injection moulding.When the core is changed,the core insert is ejected by rotating rod and rotated 180°by the rotating rod to achieve the purpose of“core changing”in the moulding cavity,which simplifies the structure of double injection mould.
