STUDY ON DESIGN METHOD OF PORTABLE TERMINALS FOR VSAT SATELLITE COMMUNICATION

探究可用于VSAT卫星通信便携终端类的工业设计流程及方法。以工业设计视角对VSAT卫星通信便携终端进行综合分析,明确终端功能要求、人机工程学要求、结构特点等,并以航天恒星科技有限公司的SATTOUR系列卫星通信便携终端为例,通过对其设计过程的归纳总结,得到一种针对卫星通信中典型终端产品的设计流程及方法。归纳总结出一种VSAT卫星通信类便携终端的设计方法。该方法可为同类型卫星通信产品的设计研发提供参考。

To explore the industrial design flow and method of portable terminals applicable to VSAT satellite communication.The portable terminal for VSAT satellite communication was comprehensively analyzed from the perspective of industrial design,to clarify functional requirements,ergonomic requirements and structural features of the portable terminal.Besides,this paper took the SATTOUR series of portable terminals for satellite communication produced by Space Star Technology Co.,Ltd.as an example,acquired the design flow and method of the typical terminal products for satellite communication by summarizing the design process of the terminal samples.The design method of the portable terminals for VSAT satellite communication was summarized.This method can provide reference for design,research and development of the same type of satellite communication products.
