摘要
延续性护理作为一种住院护理的有效延续,通过专业的指导为出院后的老年患者提供专业护理,对于疾病控制等都有积极的价值。该研究从护理需求现状、延续性护理实施方法、延续性护理的价值等方面,对近年来我国社区老年2型糖尿病护理需求及延续性护理现况进行分析。
As an effective continuation of inpatient care,continuous nursing provides professional care for elderly patients after discharge through professional guidance,and has positive value for disease control.In this study,the current situation of nursing needs,the implementation of continuous care,and the value of continuous care were analyzed.
