炎症性肠病患者Th22细胞亚群和IL-22水平变化及其临床意义

Changes and clinical significance of levels of Th22 cell subsets and IL-22 in patients with inflammatory bowel disease

目的探讨Th22细胞亚群和血清白介素-22(IL-22)水平在炎症性肠病(IBD)患者中的变化及其临床意义。方法选取2016年1月至2018年4月我院收治的125例IBD患者作为研究对象,其中克罗恩病(CD)组患者65例,溃疡性结肠炎(UC)组患者60例。选取同期进行体检的健康者50例作为对照组。比较各组对象Th22细胞亚群,血清IL-22、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)水平,并进行相关性分析。结果CD组和UC组患者Th22细胞比例及IL-22、CRP、ESR水平均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05),CD组患者Th22细胞比例及IL-22、CRP、ESR水平均显著高于UC组(均P<0.05)。CD组和UC组患者随着病情活动性的增强其Th22细胞比例及IL-22、CRP、ESR水平不断上升(均P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,IBD患者Th22细胞亚群、IL-22水平与疾病活动度及CRP、ESR水平均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论Th22细胞亚群和IL-22水平与IBD患者病情严重程度关系密切,提示Th22细胞亚群和IL-22可能参与IBD发病过程中的炎症过程。

Objective To explore the changes and significance of levels of Th22cell subsets and serum Interleukin-22(IL-22)in inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Methods A total of 125patients with IBD in our hospital from January 2016to April 2018were selected,including 65cases of Crohn′s disease(CD group)and 60cases of Ulcerative colitis(UC group).50healthy persons were selected as the control group.The subsets of Th22cells and the levels of serum IL-22,C-reactive protein(CRP)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in each group were compared and the correlation was analyzed.Results Compared with control group,the percentage of Th22cells and the level of IL-22in CD group and UC group were significantly higher respectively(all P<0.05);The percentage of Th22cells and the levels of IL-22,CRP and ESR in CD group were significantly higher than those in UC group respectively(all P<0.05).The percentage of Th22cells and the levels of IL-22,CRP and ESR in CD group and UC group increased with the increase of disease activity(P<0.05).By Pearson correlation analysis,Th22cell subsets and IL-22level were positively correlated with disease activity and with CRP and ESR in IBD patients(all P<0.05).Conclusion The subsets of Th22cells and the level of IL-22are closely related to the severity of IBD,suggesting that they may be involved in the inflammatory process of IBD.
