莫沙必利与多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良患者的临床疗效比较

Comparison on clinical efficacy of mosapride and domperidone in the treatment of functional dyspepsia patients

目的比较莫沙必利和多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良患者的临床疗效。方法120例功能性消化不良患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者采用多潘立酮治疗,观察组患者采用莫沙必利治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,治疗后不同时间段复发情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后1、3个月,两组患者复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6个月,观察组患者复发率为18.33%,低于对照组的35.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与多潘立酮比较,采用莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良效果更好,复发率更低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of mosapride and domperidone in the treatment of functional dyspepsia patients. Methods A total of 120 functional dyspepsia patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with domperidone, and the observation group was treated with mosapride. The therapeutic effect, recurrence status at different time points after operation and occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment was 95.00% in the observation group, which was higher than 83.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). After 1 and 3 months of treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the recurrence rate was 18.33% in the observation group, which was lower than 35.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with domperidone, mosapride shows better effect in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with lower recurrence rate, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
