探讨剖宫产术中应用甲硝唑冲洗对预防术后感染的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨剖宫产术中应用甲硝唑冲洗对预防术后感染的效果。方法1500例行剖宫产的产妇,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组750例。对照组产妇在剖宫产术中用0.9%氯化钠注射液湿纱布擦拭腹腔,观察组产妇采用甲硝唑注射液冲洗腹腔。观察比较两组产妇产后发热时间、排气时间、术后下床活动时间、术后感染发生情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组产妇产后发热时间(2.14±0.57)d短于对照组的(2.25±0.58)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇排气时间和术后下床活动时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组产妇术后感染发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.112, P=0.738>0.05);两组产妇术后不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产术中应用甲硝唑和生理盐水冲洗均可有效预防术后感染,利于产妇术后身体的恢复,不良反应发生率低,在效果相同的情况下可用生理盐水代替甲硝唑。 Objective To discuss the effect of metronidazole irrigation on prevention of postoperative infection in cesarean section. Methods A total of 1500 maternal women with cesarean section were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 750 cases in each group. The control group received 0.9% sodium chloride injection wet gauze for abdominal wiping, and the observation group received metronidazole irrigation for abdominal wiping. Observation group and comparison were made on postpartum fever time, exhaust time, off-bed activity time after operation, incidence of infection after operation and adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The postpartum fever time(2.14±0.57) d in the observation group was shorter than(2.25±0.58) d in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in exhaust time and off-bed activity time after operation between the two groups(P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of infection after operation between the two groups(χ^2=0.112, P=0.738>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions after operation between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Metronidazole and physiological saline irrigation during cesarean section can effectively prevent post-operative infection, and it is conducive to the recovery of postpartum women with low incidence of adverse reactions. Under the same effect, physiological saline can be used instead of metronidazole.
