摘要
采用硫黄硫化体系,在配方硬度基本相同的情况下,通过无转子流变仪MDR 2000、Z005型万能电子拉力机等分析手段,研究了长链支化(LCB)EPDM和线性EPDM的硫化特性及力学性能。结果表明,随着填充量的增加,混炼胶的M_H、M_L降低,硫化速率变慢,硫化胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和德尔夫特(delft)撕裂强度变低,压缩永久变形变大。与线性EPDM相比,LCB-EPDM混炼胶有较低的M_H、M_L和较慢的硫化速率,硫化胶有略低的拉伸强度、较低的拉断伸长率和delft撕裂强度,较大的压缩永久变形。
Using sulfur vulcanization system and ensuring that the hardness of the formulations was basically the same.The vulcanization characteristics and physical and mechanical properties of long-chain branching(LCB)EPDM and linear EPDM were studied by moving die rheometer MDR 2000 and Zwick 010 tensile machine.The results showed that with the increase of filling amount,the compounds had lower M_H,M_L,and slower vulcanization rate,the vulcanizates had lower tensile strength,lower elongation at break,lower delft tear strength,and larger compression set.Compared to linear EPDM,LCB-EPDM compounds had lower M_H,M_L,and slower vulcanization rates.LCB vulcanizates had slightly lower tensile strength,lower elongation at break,lower delft tear strength and large compression set.
