再制造汽车零部件的消费者认知与支付意愿研究 被引量:1

摘要 调查了我国13个省份255位消费者对再制造汽车零部件的认知程度,围绕消费者对再制造汽车零部件的支付意愿的影响因素进行了探索与分析。研究发现:目前消费者对再制造汽车零部件的认知水平还非常低,存在较大的主观性。消费者对再制造汽车零部件的支付意愿主要受产品质量、产品价格以及政府补贴3个因素的影响。研究建议着力提升消费者认知程度,重点关注产品质量与产品价格,完善政府补贴制度以提升支付意愿,促进再制造产品的生产与消费。 In this paper,255 consumers in 13 provinces in China are investigated on their awareness of remanufactured auto parts,and the influencing factors of consumers’willingness to pay for remanufactured auto parts are explored and analyzed.The result shows that,at present,consumers’awareness of the quality and price of remanufactured auto parts is highly subjective.Consumers’willingness to pay for remanufactured auto parts is mainly affected by three factors:product quality,product price and government subsidies.The study suggests that efforts should be made to improve consumers’awareness,focus on product quality and price,and improve the government subsidy system to help improve consumers’willingness to pay for remanufactured products,which can promote the production and consumption of remanufactured products.
