舌腹顽固性糜烂癌变危险性的无创准确预测一例报道--浅析口腔潜在恶性病变的临床管理模式
摘要
目的:阐明对久治不愈的口腔黏膜病损进行癌变危险性无创预测的重要性.并介绍口腔潜在恶性病变的无创筛查流程及临床管理模式。材料与方法:接诊1例因舌腹发红溃烂长期辗转医治无效的病例.及时联用自体荧光光谱、甲苯胺蓝染色.细胞刷活检等无(微)创技术进行综合评估.结果提示其癌变危险性较高。遂会同颌面外科专家会诊,切取左舌腹红色及糜烂病损行组织活检.病理结果为原位癌。随后患者入院行扩大切除手术治疗。结果:术后对患者进行为期5年多的临床管理.采用无创技术实时监测其复发风险.从而有效控制了原病损的癌变进程.病情稳定无复发。
