广东省森林小镇建设规划——以佛山市南海区西樵镇为例

A Case Study on the Construction Planning of Forest Town in Guangdong Province

森林小镇建设是珠三角国家森林城市群创建的重要内容,为更好指导森林小镇建设,文章以佛山市南海区西樵森林小镇建设规划为例,从规划定位、目标、布局、功能分区、森林生态、森林人居环境、森林旅游、绿色水网、森林文化、生态标识等多方面明确了森林小镇的建设内容,打造“文翰樵山,渔耕粤韵”的岭南生态旅游型森林小镇。建设规划的编制与评价指标体系以及镇街的实际情况密切相关,未来应建立更为科学灵活的森林小镇评价指标体系,各镇街可根据自身特色优势,自主选择考核指标,才能避免千篇一律的“森林小镇”。

The constructions of forest town are an important part of the creation of the national forest city group in the Pearl River Delta.In order to better guide the construction of forest towns,this paper took the construction plan of Xiqiao forest town in Nanhai district of Foshan city as a case,which cleared the forest town construction content from the planning positioning,planning objectives,structural layout,functional zoning,forest ecology,forest habitat environment,forest tourism,green water network,forest culture,and ecological identification.‘Wenhan Qiaoshan,Yu Geng Yue Yun’of Lingnan ecotourism forest town would be built.The preparation of the construction plan is closely related to the evaluation index system and the actual situation of the town street.In the future,a more scientific and flexible forest town evaluation index system should be established.Each town could independently select the evaluation indicators according to its own characteristics,and should avoid the same‘Forest town’.
