乡村中小学教师职业倦怠与职业重新选择 被引量:1

Job Burnout and Career Re-selection of Teachers in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools

摘要 乡村中小学教师是职业倦怠高发群体之一。职业倦怠影响职业的稳定性,可能导致从业者的离职现象。对处于职业倦怠状态的乡村中小学教师而言,当拟选择职业的总收益评价高于教师职业,同时教师认为自身从事拟选择职业的能力超过担任教师的职业能力,其放弃教师职业转向从事新职业的可能性就会更大。要缓解或降低乡村中小学教师职业倦怠和离职现象,就必须通过提高教师自身素养,增强职业认知,改善工作环境,提高教师总收益水平等多措并举。 Teachers in rural primary and secondary schools are one of the groups with high incidence of job burnout.Job burnout affects job stability and may lead to turnover of employees.For rural primary and secondary school teachers in the state of job burnout,when the total income evaluation of the proposed occupation is higher than that of the teacher occupation,and teachers think that their ability to engage in the proposed occupation exceeds the professional ability of the teacher,they are more likely to abandon the teacher occupation and turn to a new occupation.In order to alleviate or reduce the phenomenon of job burnout and turnover of rural primary and secondary school teachers,it is necessary to improve teachers'self-accomplishment,enhance professional awareness,improve working environment,and improve teachers'overall income level.
