Teachers in rural primary and secondary schools are one of the groups with high incidence of job burnout.Job burnout affects job stability and may lead to turnover of employees.For rural primary and secondary school teachers in the state of job burnout,when the total income evaluation of the proposed occupation is higher than that of the teacher occupation,and teachers think that their ability to engage in the proposed occupation exceeds the professional ability of the teacher,they are more likely to abandon the teacher occupation and turn to a new occupation.In order to alleviate or reduce the phenomenon of job burnout and turnover of rural primary and secondary school teachers,it is necessary to improve teachers'self-accomplishment,enhance professional awareness,improve working environment,and improve teachers'overall income level.
