互联网时代,电子商务蓬勃发展,派生了对电商人才大量需求。各类职业院校也都纷纷探索优秀电商人才的培养模式。在研究中我们发现,合格的电商人才光有专业知识和技能还是不够的,职业素养水平也至关重要。电子商务专业职业素养实训周教学模式的探索,从电商专业人才的职业素养要求出发,合理安排课程内容,采用多种形式授课,达到了更系统、更高效地培养电商专业学生职业素养的目的。

In the Internet era,e-commerce is booming,which has derived a large demand for e-commerce merchants.All kinds of vocational colleges are also exploring the cultivation mode of excellent e-commerce talents.In the research,we found that qualified e-commerce merchants only have professional knowledge and skills are not enough,and the level of professional quality is also very important.The exploration of the teaching mode of e-commerce professional vocational quality training week,based on the professional quality requirements of e-commerce professionals,reasonable arrangement of course content and teaching in various forms,achieves the purpose of cultivating the professional quality of e-commerce students in a more systematic and efficient way.
