Analysis of Vocational and Technical College Students Career Planning Education

在现代社会,对各类人才的要求不仅是越来越高,同时工作上的竞争程度也越来越激烈。此外,当前的就业形势也并非一片大好。如果毕业后没有优秀的专业素质,就很容易在竞争过程中受到淘汰。因此,接受职业生涯规划教育十分重要。该文以职业生涯规划教育作为研究对象,重点分析了职业技术学院学生职业生涯规划教育的意义、步骤、缺陷、措施等相关问题。

In modern society,the demand for various kinds of talents is not only higher and higher,but also the competition on the job is more and more fierce.Moreover,the current employment situation is not rosy.If there is no excellent professional quality after graduation,it is easy to be eliminated in the process of competition.Therefore,it is very important to receive career planning education.Taking career planning education as the research object,this paper analyzes the significance,steps,defects and measures of career planning education for students in vocational and technical colleges.
