民办高职院校学生就业教育现状与对策研究

Current Situation and Countermeasure of Employment Education for Students in Private Vocational Colleges

随着现今社会对学生综合素质要求逐渐提升,这给民办高职院校的发展增加了一定的压力。在民办高职院校的实际教学过程中,对学生就业教育工作的重视程度较低等问题,使得民办高职院校的学生就业教育现状不佳。基于此,该文在对民办高职院校学生就业教育现状进行分析的基础上,总结了相应的对策,以期可以为民办高职院校后续的教育工作给予一定借鉴。

With the gradual improvement of students'comprehensive quality requirements in today's society,this has increased certain pressure on the development of private higher vocational colleges.In the actual teaching process of private higher vocational colleges,the low degree of attention paid to students'employment education makes the current situation of students'employment education in private higher vocational colleges poor.Based on this,this paper summarizes the corresponding countermeasures on the basis of the analysis of the current situation of employment education of students in private higher vocational colleges,in order to provide some reference for the follow-up education work of private higher vocational colleges.
