大学生心理咨询研究的现状及对策探究

Analysis of the Research Status of College Students’ Psychological Counseling

随着社会环境的复杂化,大学生的心理压力越来越重,心理健康问题激增,大学生接受心理咨询的数量不断增加,逐渐发展成为心理健康咨询群的主要组成部分。通过在中国知网以大学生和心理咨询为关键词进行搜索,知网显示有4601篇论文是研究相关问题,而我们挑选出十八篇较为相关论文进行文献分析,我们发现当下的大学生心理咨询相关学术研究在态度倾向、内部分化及行为情感等三个方面呈现共性结论。基于共性结果,为今后的大学生心理咨询相关研究奠定基础并指明方向。

With the complexity of the social environment,the psychological pressure of college students is getting heavier,the mental health problems are increasing sharply,and the number of college students receiving psychological counseling is increasing,which gradually becomes the main part of the mental health counseling group.By searching for college students and psychological counseling in CNKI,it shows that 4601 papers were related to research issues,and we selected eighteen more relevant papers for literature analysis.We found that the current academic research on College Students'psychological counseling has attitudinal orientation,internal differentiation and behavioral emotion.There are three common conclusions.Based on the common results,it lays a foundation for future research on College Students'psychological counseling and points out the direction.
