校企合作创新高职院校职业技能竞赛机制探索

The Status Quo and Exploration of the Construction of Vocational Skills Competition System by Schools and Enterprises in Higher Vocational Colleges

职业技能竞赛是检验学生职业岗位技能的重要途径。学校与企业共同搭建技能竞赛平台,办好校内职业技能竞赛,是实现人才培养与人才需求对接的有效途径。该文通过分析目前高职院校校企合作举办职业技能竞赛的现状,提出增强校企深度合作,做好校内职业技能竞赛的相关建议。

The vocational skill competition is an important way to test the skills of students in professional positions.Schools and enterprises jointly build a skill competition platform and run a vocational skill competition in the school,which is an effective way to achieve talent training and talent demand docking.This paper analyzes the current situation of vocational school competitions organized by the cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational colleges,and proposes to strengthen the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises and to do well in the vocational skills competition.
