电子资源利用行为数据获取模式比较研究

A Comparative Analysis on the Acquisition Models of the Electronic Resource Utilization Behavioral Data

从获取数据准确性、丰度和难度对比现有电子资源利用行为数据获取模式,针对现有模式获取数据准确性有待完善、获取内容级字段可适应性弱、扩展性不强、获取消耗大等问题,提出基于用户认证本地化接入的行为数据获取模式。该方法由图书馆提供统一认证接口、资源厂商反馈用户行为数据的合作方式实现行为数据获取,同时对如何保护用户隐私数据安全、统一行为数据标准、评估行为数据质量等关键性问题进行探讨。基于用户认证本地化接入的行为数据获取模式不仅能降低采集成本,还能获取更准确、更全面的电子资源利用行为数据,具有一定的借鉴意义。

The existing acquisition models of the electronic resource utilization behavioral data are compared from the dimensions of data collection accuracy,data abundance and difficulty of collection.And it is found that the collection accuracy needs to be improved,the adaptability to collect the content-level field is weak,the expansibility is not strong and the acquisition consumption is large.The acquisition model of the behavioral data based on the local user authentication is proposed.In this model,the library provides the unified authentication interface to the resource vendors and the resource vendors provide the user behavioral data to the library.Meanwhile,how to protect the user privacy data,formulate the unified data standard and evaluate the data quality are discussed.It is found that the model based on the local user authentication can not only reduce the collection cost,but also can collect the more accurate and comprehensive electronic resource utilization behavioral data.
