可行能力视角下图书馆信息素养扶贫路径研究

Research on Poverty Alleviation Path of Information Literacy in Libraries Based on Capability Approach

扶贫要同扶志、扶智相结合,信息化时代,信息素养能力已成为劳动者的必备技能,图书馆扶贫工作也要着重提高贫困地区农民信息素养。文章对图书馆的信息素养扶贫现状进行分析,并在阿玛蒂亚·森的可行能力理论框架下,分析信息素养贫困的内涵,探索性地从改善社会机会、加强防护性保障、优化信息环境、关注个体特征4个方面构建图书馆信息素养扶贫路径。

Poverty alleviation should be combined with supporting aspirations and wisdom.In the information age,information literacy has become an essential skill for workers.Poverty alleviation work in libraries should also focus on improving farmers’information literacy in poor areas.This paper summarizes the current situation of poverty alleviation for information literacy in libraries.Then,based on the capability approach of Amartya Sen,it analyzes the connotation of information literacy poverty,as well as attempts to construct a poverty alleviation path of information literacy in libraries from four aspects:improving social opportunities,strengthening protective guarantee,optimizing information environment and paying attention to individual characteristics.
