摘要
无障碍电影发展的现场讲解模式和录播模式都离不开口述脚本,口述脚本都是将视觉画面转变为声音符号的重要载体,也是电影艺术价值传递的关键。规范无障碍电影口述脚本是应对目前我国无障碍电影发展面临的专业人员少、覆盖面小、版权限制等困境的重要举措。已经有经验的公共图书馆应确立以"准确、客观、适当留白"为准则的撰写规范和培训专业的无障碍电影口述脚本撰写人才以引领其它图书馆和社区开展无障碍电影事业,促进无障碍电影事业长足发展。
The on-the-spot explanation mode and recording mode of audio description movie development can not be separated from oral script,which is an important carrier of transforming visual pictures into sound symbols,and also the key to the value transmission of film art.Standardizing the oral script for audio description is an important measure to cope with the difficulties faced by China’s audio description film development,such as fewer professionals,less coverage,copyright restrictions and so on.The experienced public libraries should establish the writing criterion of "accurate,objective and appropriate blank" and train professional script writers to lead other libraries and communities to develop and promote audio description movie industry.
