超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗白内障疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Phacoemulsification Combined with Intraocular Lens Implantation in the Treatment of Cataract

目的分析白内障采用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取该院2018年11—12月收治的124例(124眼)白内障患者为研究对象,所有患者均采用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗,分析患者术后视力情况以及并发症发生情况。结果术后1 d视力≥0.5的患者有79例,构成比为63.71%,<0.5的患者有45例,构成比为36.29%,术后3个月复查时,视力≥0.5的患者有96例,构成比为77.42%,<0.5的患者有28例,构成比为22.58%;所有患者术中均未出现人工晶体偏位、瞳孔变形等情况,29例患者术后角膜混浊,发生率为23.39%,1例患者出现反应性葡萄膜炎,发生率为0.81%,没有患者出现暂时性高眼压,发生率为0.00%。结论白内障采用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗的临床疗效显著,利于改善患者视力水平,且并发症发生率低,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.Methods A total of 124(124 eyes)cataract patients admitted to the hospital from November to December 2018 were enrolled.All patients were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.The postoperative visual acuity and complications were analyzed.Results There were 79 patients with visual acuity≥0.5 on the 1st postoperative period,the composition ratio was 63.71%,45 patients with<0.5,the composition ratio was 36.29%,96 patients with visual acuity≥0.5 at the 3 months postoperatively.The composition ratio was 77.42%,and the number of patients with<0.5 was 28 patients,the composition ratio was 22.58%.All patients had no intraocular lens deviation and pupillary deformation during operation.The corneal opacity occurred in 29 patients,the incidence rate was 23.39%.1 patient developed reactive uveitis with an incidence of 0.81%.No patients had transient high intraocular pressure,and the incidence rate was 0.00%.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation is significant,which is helpful to improve the visual acuity of patients with low complication rate and high safety.
