胆囊切除术不同手术时机对急性胆石性胰腺炎疗效的影响效果分析

Effect of Different Operation Timing of Cholecystectomy on the Efficacy of Acute Gallstone Pancreatitis

目的探讨对急性胆石性胰腺炎患者于不同手术时机实施胆囊切除术后获得的临床效果。方法选择该院2010年4月—2019年4月收治的83例急性胆石性胰腺炎患者作为实验对象;数字奇偶法分组后探究每组手术时机;比照组(41例):在>72 h对患者选择胆囊切除术治疗;实验组(42例):在<72 h对患者选择胆囊切除术治疗;最终就两组急性胆石性胰腺炎患者手术结果展开对比。结果实验组急性胆石性胰腺炎患者治疗总费用为(6423.15±321.04)元;住院时间为(13.15±3.15)d;比照组急性胆石性胰腺炎患者治疗总费用为(9525.13±410.49)元;住院时间为(22.15±4.15)d;最终发现,实验组急性胆石性胰腺炎患者治疗总费用少于比照组明显,住院时间短于比照组明显,差异有统计学意义(t=38.400、11.145,P<0.05);实验组急性胆石性胰腺炎患者未表现出术后并发症的现象;比照组患者中,表现出脓肿患者3例,腹腔积液患者3例,出血患者2例,并发症发生率为19.51%;最终发现,实验组急性胆石性胰腺炎患者并发症总发生率(0.00%)低于比照组(19.51%)明显,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.069,P=0.002)。结论急性胆石性胰腺炎患者于临床接受胆囊切除术治疗期间,于<72 h时间内展开,对于治疗总费用减少,住院时间缩短以及并发症减少,效果显著,最终对于急性胆石性胰腺炎患者康复状态的提升,奠定基础。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of cholecystectomy in patients with acute gallstone pancreatitis at different surgical timings.Methods Eighty-three patients with acute gallstone pancreatitis admitted to the hospital from April 2010 to April 2019 were selected as experimental subjects.The digital parity method was used to investigate the timing of each group.The comparison group(41 cases):at>72 h patients underwent cholecystectomy;the experimental group(42 patients):the patients underwent cholecystectomy at<72 h;the results were compared between the two groups in patients with acute gallstone pancreatitis.Results The total cost of treatment in patients with acute gallstone pancreatitis in the experimental group was(6423.15±321.04)yuan;the hospitalization time was(13.15±3.15)d;the total cost of treatment in patients with acute gallstone pancreatitis in the comparison group was(9525.13±410.49)yuan;the hospital stay was(22.15±4.15)d.Finally,the total cost of treatment in patients with acute gallstone pancreatitis in the experimental group was less than that in the control group.The hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=38.400,11.145,P<0.05);the experimental group did not show postoperative complications in patients with acute gallstone pancreatitis;in the comparison group,3 patients presented with abscess,3 patients with ascites,2 patients with bleeding,and complications The incidence rate was 19.51%.Finally,the total incidence of complications in patients with acute gallstone pancreatitis(0.00%)was lower than that in the control group(19.51%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.069,P=0.002).Conclusion Patients with acute gallstone pancreatitis develop during the period of clinical cholecystectomy,which is less than 72 h.The total cost of treatment is reduced,the length of hospital stay is shortened,and the complications are reduced.The effect is significant.Finally,it lays the foundation of the patients with acute gallstone pancreatitis recover.
