妊娠合并甲状腺功能低下的临床病例研究

Clinical Case Study of Pregnancy with Hypothyroidism

目的探究妊娠合并甲状腺功能低下患者的相关状况,同时分析其对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取于2017年4月—2018年10月该院收治的妊娠合并甲状腺功能低下患者55例(观察组),并选择同期来该院分娩的55名正常孕妇(对照组),积极研究两组孕妇的临床病例情况。结果观察组孕妇并发症发生率(25.45%)与对照组孕妇并发症发生率(10.91%)相比,较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.331,P<0.05);观察组胎儿并发症发生率(16.36%)与对照组胎儿并发症发生率(1.82%)相比,较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=14.621,P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并甲状腺功能低下患者对妊娠结局的影响较显著,使得孕妇妊娠期高血压和胎儿缺氧等相关并发症的发生明显增高,因此需要对妊娠合并甲状腺功能低下患者进行积极治疗和早期筛查。

Objective To investigate the status of patients with pregnancy complicated with hypothyroidism and to analyze their effects on pregnancy outcomes.Methods A total of 55 pregnant women with hypothyroidism who were admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to October 2018(observation group)were selected,and 55 normal pregnant women(control group)who were delivered to our hospital during the same period were selected.Clinical case of pregnant women in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group(25.45%)was higher than that in the control group(10.91%),which was statistically significant(χ^2=15.331,P<0.05).The observation group was concurrent with the fetus incidence rate(16.36%)was higher than that of the control group(1.82%),which was statistically significant(χ^2=14.621,P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnancy with hypothyroidism has a significant effect on pregnancy outcomes,which significantly increases the incidence of complications such as pregnancy-induced hypertension and fetal hypoxia.Therefore,it is necessary to actively treat patients with early hypothyroidism and early screening and check.
