探讨糖尿病肾病早期诊断中运用生化检验指标的临床价值

Exploring the Clinical Value of Biochemical Test Indicators in Early Diagnosis of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的总结生化检验指标在糖尿病肾病患者早期诊断中的应用价值,为糖尿病肾病患者早期诊断工作的开展提供参考,在确保诊断效率的同时以提高糖尿病肾病患者生活、生存质量。方法选择该院2017年3月—2019年3月收治的糖尿病肾病患者(n=80)作为此次实验的试验组,选择同期进行身体健康检查且无身体异常的80名体检者作为此次实验的参照组。经医院伦理委员会批准,均采取生化检验项目C-反应蛋白、糖化血红蛋白、血清胱抑素C、尿素蛋白/尿肌酐检测,对比参照组与试验组受诊断者生化检验指标结果差异情况。结果参照组健康体检者、试验组糖尿病肾病患者经生化指标检验后,各项指标(C-反应蛋白、糖化血红蛋白、血清胱抑素C、尿素蛋白/尿肌酐水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,HbA1c(85%vs0%)、CysC(90%vs 0%)、UALB/Cr(85%v 0%)、CRP(85%vs 0%)阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=118.261,P=0.000;χ^2=130.909,P=0.000;χ^2=118.261,P=0.000;χ^2=118.261,P=0.000)。结论对比健康人群,糖尿病肾病患者早期诊断中生化检验项目差异表现明显,可以为糖尿病肾病患者的早期治疗工作提供有价值的参考依据,从而提高患者临床治疗准确性、预后。

Objective To summarize the application value of biochemical test indicators in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy patients,and to provide reference for the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy patients,to improve the diagnostic efficiency and improve the quality of life and quality of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods Patients with diabetic nephropathy(n=80)admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the experimental group for this experiment.80 physical examiners who had undergone physical examination at the same time and had no physical abnormalities were selected as the reference group of the experiment.After the hospital ethics committee approved the swimsuit,the biochemical test items C-reactive protein,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum cystatin C,urea protein/urine creatinine were tested,and the results of biochemical test indicators of the reference group and the test group were compared.Results After the biochemical indicators were tested in the healthy group of the reference group and the test group,the indexes(C-reactive protein,glycated hemoglobin,serum cystatin C,urea protein/creatinine)were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),HbA1c(85%vs 0%),CysC(90%vs 0%),UALB/Cr(85%vs0%),CRP(85%vs 0%)positive rate comparison,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=118.261,P=0.000;χ^2=130.909,P=0.000;χ^2=118.261,P=0.000;χ^2=118.261,P=0.000).Conclusion Compared with healthy people,the biochemical test items in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy have obvious differences,which can provide early treatment for patients with diabetic nephropathy.The reference basis of value,thereby improving the accuracy and prognosis of patients with clinical treatment.
