中药坐浴用于混合痔术后的疗效评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Bath for Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的分析混合痔术后行中药坐浴治疗的临床疗效。方法选取该院2018年6月—2019年6月收治的70例混合痔患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,均采用混合痔外剥内扎术治疗,术后对照组患者行温盐水坐浴,观察组患者行中药坐浴,对比两组创面愈合时间、水肿、渗出以及疼痛评分。结果观察组创面愈合时间为(13.02±1.19)d,明显短于对照组的(19.89±2.18)d,差异有统计学意义(t=17.494,P<0.05);观察组治疗后水肿、渗出以及疼痛评分分别为(0.41±0.08)分、(0.42±0.06)分、(0.12±0.08)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.813、8.126、13.257,P<0.05)。结论混合痔术后行中药坐浴治疗的临床疗效显著,能对术后创面愈合进行有效促进,改善术后水肿、渗出以及疼痛情况。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine squat bath after mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Seventy patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups.All patients were treated with mixed external iliac stripping and internal ligation.In the bath,the patients in the observation group underwent a Chinese medicine bath,and the wound healing time,edema,exudation and pain score were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time of the observation group was(13.02±1.19)d,which was significantly shorter than that of the control group(19.89±2.18)d.The difference was statistically significant(t=17.494,P<0.05).The edema and exudation pain scores after treatment in the observation group were(0.41±0.08)points,(0.42±0.06)points,and(0.12±0.08)points,respectively,which were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.813,8.126,13.257,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine squat bath after mixed sputum treatment is significant,which can effectively promote postoperative wound healing and improve postoperative edema,exudation and pain.
