刍议中医内科治疗慢性支气管炎的临床效果

Discussion on the Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis

目的探讨中医内科治疗慢性支气管炎的临床效果。方法将该院2017年6月—2018年6月收治的100例慢性支气管炎患者,随机分组,各50例,对照组采用西医治疗,观察组患者采用中医内科治疗,比对两组临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率92.00%高于对照组64.00%(χ^2=23.454,P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率2.00%低于对照组14.00%(χ^2=4.891,P<0.05)。结论采用中医内科治疗,可以有效的改善慢性支气管炎患者的治疗效果,减少不良反应。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM internal medicine in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods 100 patients with chronic bronchitis admitted from June 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into 50 cases.The control group was treated with Western medicine.The patients in the observation group were treated with TCM medical treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group 92.00%was higher than that in the control group 64.00%(χ^2=23.454,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group 2.00%was lower than that in the control group 14.00%(χ^2=4.8916,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with chronic bronchitis and reduce adverse reactions.
