中药补阳还五汤加味联合氟桂利嗪和倍他司汀治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Flunarizine and Betahistine in Treating Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

目的探讨中药补阳还五汤加味联合氟桂利嗪和倍他司汀临床治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的疗效。方法收集2017年7月—2018年6月该院治疗的164例患者,临床诊断均符合缺血性脑血管疾病指征,随机平均分为治疗组和比对组。比对组应用常规治疗方法,采用西药氟桂利嗪口服和倍他司汀静脉滴注实施临床治疗;治疗组在比对组治疗方法的基础上,施以中药补阳还五汤加味,对两组患者的临床疗效对比分析。结果治疗组有37例基本痊愈,25例疗效明显,14例有好转;临床治疗的总有效率达到92.68%;比对组有23例基本痊愈,29例疗效明显,11例有好转,临床治疗的总有效率为76.83%。经统计分析,治疗前和治疗后的第2、4、8周患者神经功能评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床应用补阳还五汤联合倍他司汀及氟桂利嗪治疗缺血性脑血管疾病,能有效提高治疗效果,具有临床推广意义。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with flunarizine and betahistine in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 164 patients who underwent treatment in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled.The clinical diagnosis was consistent with the indications for ischemic cerebrovascular disease.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and comparison group.The comparison group was treated with conventional treatment,and the clinical treatment was carried out by oral administration of flunarizine and intravenous infusion of betahistine.The treatment group was given the traditional Chinese medicine Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of the treatment method of the comparison group.A comparative analysis of clinical outcomes between the two groups of patients.Results In the treatment group,37 cases were basically cured,25 cases were effective,14 cases were improved;the total effective rate of clinical treatment reached 92.68%;23 cases were basically cured in the comparison group,29 cases were effective,11 cases were improved,and clinical treatment was improved.The total effective rate was 76.83%.The neurological scores of patients at 2,4,and 8 weeks before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with betahistine and flunarizine in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and has clinical significance.
