康复新液治疗胃食管反流病溃疡病的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Kangfuxin Solution in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Ulcer Disease

目的探究将康复新液治疗应用于治疗胃食管反流病溃疡病患者中的效果,评价其临床应用意义。方法选择该院2016年10月—2018年12月间收治的56例胃食管反流病患者,通过随机分组法,将所有患者分为对照组(n=28)和实验组(n=28)。对照组患者应用奥美拉唑单药进行治疗,实验组患者应用奥美拉唑联合康复新液进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗总有效率,不良反应发生率、治疗时间的变化。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率数据为26例(92.86%),对照组患者的治疗总有效率数据为19例(67.86%),组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=19.800,P=0.000)。实验组患者的不良事件发生率(7.14%)较对照组来说明显更低,各数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.383,P=0.036<0.05)。同时,实验组患者溃疡愈合(2.7±1.4)d、反酸和呕吐(0.7±0.2)d方面的数据明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.896、13.810,P<0.05)。结论将康复新液应用于治疗胃食管反流病溃疡病患者能够有效提高临床治疗效果,有助于患者溃疡愈合和反酸呕吐等症状的消失时间,改善生活质量,是一种有效且安全的用药方案,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of the treatment of Kangfuxin solution in the treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease and evaluate its clinical application significance.Methods A total of 56 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease admitted to the hospital from October 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled.All patients were divided into control group(n=28)and experimental group(n=28)by randomization.The patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole alone.The patients in the experimental group were treated with omeprazole combined with the new fluid.The total effective rate,adverse reaction rate,treatment time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 26 cases(92.86%),and the total effective rate in the control group was 19 cases(67.86%).The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=19.800,P=0.000).The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group(7.14%)was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.383,P=0.036<0.05).At the same time,the data of ulcer healing(2.7±1.4)d,acid reflux and vomiting(0.7±0.2)d in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.896,13.810,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Kangfuxin solution in the treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,help patients with ulcer healing and acid reflux and other symptoms disappear,improve the quality of life,is an effective and safe medication regimen,which is worth promoting.
