比较非布司他片与别嘌呤醇片治疗高尿酸血症伴痛风的临床研究

Comparison of the Clinical Study of Febuxostat and Allopurin Tablets in the Treatment of Hyperuricemia with Gout

目的研究高尿酸血症伴痛风患者接受非布司他片与别嘌呤醇片治疗的临床效果。方法随机将2018年3月—2019年4月收治的101例高尿酸血症伴缓解期痛风患者分为3组,1组33例,接受别嘌呤醇片治疗,2组34例,接受非布司他片20 mg剂量治疗,3组34例,接受非布司他片40 mg剂量治疗,比较3组临床效果。结果治疗3、6个月后2、3组血清尿酸水平均明显低于1组(P<0.05),2、3组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);1、2、3组治疗3、6个月后血清尿酸水平均低于组内治疗前(P<0.05);2组治疗后有效率为73.53%,3组有效率为76.47%,高于1组治疗总有效率48.48%(P<0.05);1组不良事件发生率为24.24%,2组发生率为20.59%,3组发生率为23.53%(χ^2=1.259,P>0.05)。结论非布司他片治疗高尿酸血症伴痛风的效果要优于别嘌呤醇片,能够更明显控制血尿酸水平,且不会增加不良事件的发生,能够保证治疗安全性。

Objective To study the clinical effects of treatment of patients with hyperuricemia and gout with febuxostat and allopurinol tablets.Methods 101 patients with hyperuricemia and remission gout from March 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into 3 groups,33 patients in group 1 received allopurinol tablets,and 34 patients in 2 groups received non-cloth.Sita tablets were treated at a dose of 20 mg,and 34 patients in 3 groups were treated with 40 mg of febuxostat.The clinical effects of the three groups were compared.Results Serum uric acid levels in group 2 and group 3 were significantly lower than those in group 1 after 3 and 6 months of treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between groups 2 and 3(P>0.05);group 1,2,3 After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the serum uric acid level was lower than that in the group before treatment(P<0.05);the effective rate after treatment was 73.53%in the group 2,and the effective rate was 76.47%in the group 3,which was higher than the total effective rate of 48.48%in the group 1(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events was 24.24%in group 1,20.59%in group 2,and 23.53%in group 3(χ^2=1.259,P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of febuxostat on hyperuricemia with gout is better than that of allopurinol tablets,which can control blood uric acid level more obviously,and will not increase the incidence of adverse events,and can ensure the safety of treatment.
