摘要
目的分析早期护理干预措施对预防及控制糖尿病足(简称DF)发展的护理效果。方法研究主体为2016年5月—2019年5月期间来院治疗的52例DF患者。分A组和B组,均26例,行早期护理与常规护理。对比护理效果。结果A组的护理效果优良率、自我效能评分与护理满意度均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为DF患者行早期护理能够延缓疾病发展,改善自我效能,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of early nursing intervention on preventing and controlling the development of diabetic foot(DF). Methods 52 patients with DF from May 2016 to May 2019 were studied. The patients were divided into group A and group B, 26 of them were given early nursing and routine nursing. Contrast the effect of nursing. Results The excellent and good rate of nursing effect, self-efficacy score and nursing satisfaction of group A were higher than those of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Early nursing for DF patients can delay the development of disease and improve self-efficacy, which has a high value of promotion.
