改良跟骨钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床效果及安全性研究

Study on the Clinical Effect and Safety of Modified Calcaneal Plate in the Treatment of Intra-articular Calcaneal Fractures

目的观察改良跟骨钢板在跟骨关节内骨折治疗中的应用效果,及其应用安全性。方法选取2018年5月—2019年5月该院接收的84例跟骨关节内骨折的患者,作为对象展开临床探究。根据随机数字表法,设置两组,每组42例。对照组为克氏针撬拔复位治疗,观察组为改良跟骨钢板治疗。结果观察组与对照组在并发症发生率的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将改良跟骨钢板应用于跟骨关节内骨折治疗中,可有效降低治疗后并发症的发生率,缩短患者骨折康复时间,临床应用效果比较显著和突出。

Objective To observe the effect and safety of modified calcaneus plate in the treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures. Methods A total of 84 patients with intra-articular calcaneus fractures admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as objects for clinical investigation. According to the random number table method,two groups were set, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with kirschner wire pry reduction, and the observation group was treated with improved calcaneal plate. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of modified calcaneus plate in the treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures can effectively reduce the incidence of complications after treatment and shorten the rehabilitation time of patients with fractures.
