彩色多普勒超声在术后下肢深静脉血栓中的应用体会

Application of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Postoperative Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在术后下肢深静脉血栓中的应用价值。方法在医院2016年9月—2019年1月期间诊治的术后下肢深静脉血栓患者中选取61例作研究组,同期选取61例术后非下肢深静脉血栓者设为对照组,就2组患者的超声检查参数差异进行统计学分析。结果研究组患者彩色多普勒超声参数CFV、SFV、PTV、MGV指标均高于对照组,CFV、SFV的CDFI值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声在术后下肢深静脉血栓中的应用价值显著,可通过观察超声参数,准确诊断下肢深静脉血栓,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the treatment of postoperative deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods A total of 61 patients with postoperative deep venous thrombosis were enrolled in the hospital from September 2016 to January 2019. Sixty-one patients with non-low extremity deep vein thrombosis were selected as the control group. The differences in the ultrasound parameters of the patients in the group were statistically analyzed. Results The color Doppler ultrasound parameters CFV, SFV, PTV, and MGV in the study group were higher than those in the control group. The CDFI values of CFV and SFV were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has a significant value in the application of postoperative deep venous thrombosis. It can be used to accurately diagnose lower extremity deep venous thrombosis by observing ultrasound parameters.
