双下肢放射性难愈性溃疡高龄患者的护理

Nursing Care of Elderly Patients with Radiation Refractory Ulcer of Lower Extremities

目的观察和分析双下肢放射性难愈性溃疡患者的临床护理情况以及护理效果。方法随机选择2016年1月—2018年12月期间,该院外科收治的双下肢放射性难愈性溃疡高龄患者80例。数字表法将他们分为平均两组,对照组40例患者予以常规护理,观察组40例患者予以综合护理,对两组患者的临床护理效果以及满意度情况等进行统计学对比分析。结果经过临床护理,观察组患者的临床总有效率(87.50%)显著高于对照组患者(67.50%),并发症发生率(2.50%)明显低于对照组患者(12.50%),两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对双下肢放射性难愈性溃疡患者实行综合护理,能够有效促进创面愈合,提高患者的临床效果,减少并发症,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical nursing situation and nursing effect of the patients with double lower limb radiation refractory ulceration. Methods In the period from January 2016 to December 2018,80 of the patients with double lower limb radiation refractory and ulcerative ulceration in our hospital were randomly selected. The digital table method was divided into two groups, and 40 patients in the control group were treated by routine nursing, and 40 patients in the observation group were given comprehensive care, and the clinical nursing effect and the satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of clinical nursing and observation group(87.50%) was significantly higher. In the control group(75.00%), the incidence of complications(2.50%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(12.50%). There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for patients with radiation refractory ulcer of lower extremities can effectively promote wound healing, improve the clinical effect of patients, reduce complications, and has high clinical application value.
