后外侧入路切开复位内固定治疗踝关节骨折的疗效分析

The Analysis of the Effect of Posterior Lateral Approach Open Reduction on the Treatment of Ankle Fracture with Internal Fixation

目的分析后外侧入路切开复位内固定治疗踝关节骨折的临床效果。方法以该院2017年6月—2018年7月收治的20例踝关节骨折患者作为此次研究对象,此次参与研究的患者均接受后外侧入路切开复位内固定治疗,观察所有患者治疗效果、术后踝关节功能评分、QOL量表评分及伤口愈合时间。结果此次参与研究的患者中,2例患者术后出现切口浅层感染,经过对症治疗后愈合,其余18例患者未出现异常情况,均顺利愈合;此次参与研究的患者踝关节功能评分为(88.23±8.13)分,优7例,良9例,中4例,优良率为80.00%;QOL量表评分为(86.51±8.12)分;此次参与研究的患者术后骨折均顺利愈合,未出现内固定断裂情况,术后愈合时间为(13.02±0.14)周。结论后外侧入路切开复位内固定治疗踝关节骨折具有良好的临床效果,患者术后恢复快,踝关节功能恢复情况较好,有效提高患者生活质量,具有较高临床推广意义。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of posterolateral approach open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of ankle fracture.Methods From June 2017 to July 2018,20 patients with ankle fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation through posterolateral approach.All the patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation through posterolateral approach.The therapeutic effect,postoperative ankle function score,QOL scale score and wound healing time were observed.Results Among the patients involved in the study,2 patients had superficial infection after operation,and healed after symptomatic treatment,while the other 18 patients had no abnormal condition,all of which healed smoothly.The score of ankle function was(88.23±8.13)points,excellent in 7 cases,good in 9 cases,good in 4 cases,and the excellent and good rate was 80.00%;QOL scale score(86.51±8.12)points.The fracture healed smoothly and no internal fixation fracture occurred,and the healing time was(13.02±0.14)points weeks.Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation through posterolateral approach has a good clinical effect in the treatment of ankle fracture.The patients recover quickly after operation,the function of ankle joint recovers well,the quality of life of the patients is effectively improved,and it has a higher clinical promotion meaning.
