补阳还五汤治疗足下肢动脉硬化性闭塞病的价值体会

Value of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the Treatment of Arteriosclerotic Obliteration of Foot and Lower Limbs

目的分析在足下肢动脉硬化性闭塞病治疗中应用补阳还五汤的临床效果。方法纳入2017年12月-2018年12月因足下肢动脉硬化性闭塞病就诊的84例在该院就诊患者,处理出对照组与分析组均纳入患者42例,分别给予前列腺素E治疗、联合补阳还五汤治疗,统计临床治疗有效率、记录临床相关指标。结果分析组临床有效率以及各项指标均更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在足下肢动脉硬化性闭塞病的治疗中,联合补阳还五汤治疗,对于促进患者康复更有利。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower limbs and feet. Methods 84 patients with atherosclerotic occlusive disease of lower extremities and feet were enrolled in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018. 42 patients were enrolled in the control group and the analysis group. They were treated with prostaglandin E and Buyang Huanwu Decoction respectively. The clinical therapeutic efficiency was counted and the clinical related indexes were recorded. Results The clinical efficiency and various indexes of the analysis group were better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of atherosclerotic occlusive disease of lower limbs and feet, the combination of Buyang Huanwu Decoction is more beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients.
