自拟加味当归补血汤治疗足下肢骨折贫血的效果观察及血液学指标变化影响分析

Observation on the Effect of Self-made Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction in the Treatment of Anemia Caused by Fracture of Foot and Lower Limb and the Influence of Changes in Hematological Indexes

目的分析自拟加味当归补血汤治疗足下肢骨折贫血的效果。方法于2017年10月-2018年10月,共选择88例该院就诊的足下肢骨折贫血患者,处理为样本组44例,以口服硫酸亚铁片治疗,分析组44例,自拟加味当归补血汤治疗。对比两组临床有效率、症状改善情况、血液学指标变化情况。结果分析组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在足下肢骨折贫血的治疗中,应用自拟加味当归补血汤,可以有效的提升临床治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of self-made modified Danggui Buxue Decoction in the treatment of lower limb fracture anemia. Methods From October 2017 to October 2018, 88 patients with lower limb fracture anemia were selected as the sample group, 44 cases were treated with oral ferrous sulfate tablets, 44 cases in the analysis group were treated with modified Danggui Buxue Decoction. The clinical efficacy, improvement of symptoms and changes of hematological indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The indexes of the analysis group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statiatically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of lower limb fracture anemia, the application of self-made modified Danggui Buxue Decoction can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
