摘要
目的分析评价硫辛酸注射液对糖尿病足患者氧化应激状态与局部微循环的影响。方法该次将该院于2017年2月-2018年2月收治的糖尿病足患者48例作为研究的对象,均采取硫辛酸注射液治疗,进一步对患者治疗前后氧化应激状态与局部微循环的变化情况进行比较。结果 (1)在血清总抗氧化能力(TAC)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)四项氧化应激状态指标方面,治疗后与治疗前比较,TAC、CAT、SOD均明显提升,MDA明显下降,治疗前后数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)在襻顶直径、管襻畸形率以及输入枝长度三项局部微循环指标方面,治疗后与治疗前比较,襻顶直径及输入枝长度均明显更长,管襻畸形率明显更低,治疗前后数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中,针对糖尿病足患者采取硫辛酸注射液治疗,可改善患者的氧化应激状态及局部微循环水平,进一步改善患者的生活质量;因此,值得采纳及应用。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effects of lipoic acid injection on oxidative stress and local microcirculation in diabetic foot patients. Methods Forty-eight patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from February2017 to February 2018 were treated with lipoic acid injection. The changes of oxidative stress and local microcirculation were compared before and after treatment. Results 1.In terms of total antioxidant capacity(TAC), catalase(CAT), malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD), the levels of TAC, CAT and SOD were significantly increased and MDA was significantly decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 2.In terms of three local microcirculation indices, i.e. the diameter of the apex, the deformity rate of the loop and the length of the input branch, the diameter of the loop apex and the length of the input branch were significantly longer and the deformity rate of the loop was significantly lower after treatment than before treatment. The data before and after treatment had statistical difference,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Lipoic acid injection for diabetic foot patients can improve oxidative stress and local microcirculation, and further improve the quality of life of patients. Therefore, it is worth adopting and applying.
