胸外科手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的危险因素分析

Analysis of Risk Factors of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity after Thoracic Surgery

目的分析胸外科手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的危险因素。方法回顾性分析2018年1-12月在该院成功进行胸外科手术的1 250例患者的临床资料,将68例发生下肢深静脉血栓的患者纳入观察组,将其余1182例未发生下肢深静脉血栓的患者纳入参照组,收集两组临床资料并进行统计学检验,运用多因素Logistic回归分析模型分析独立危险因素。结果根据两组临床资料对比分析结果,将具有统计学意义的变量进行多因素分析,结果显示长期卧床(OR=2.971)、静脉内留置管道(OR=1.842)与静脉应用强刺激性药物(OR=2.313)是诱发下肢深静脉血栓形成的独立危险因素。结论胸外科手术后诱发下肢深静脉血栓形成的危险因素众多,对高危患者应当加强临床监测,积极进行治疗及护理。

Objective To analyze the risk factors of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after thoracic surgery.Methods The clinical data of 1250 patients undergoing successful thoracic surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. 68 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity were included in the observation group. The other 1182 patients without deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity were included in the reference group. The clinical data of the two groups were collected and statistically tested. The independent risk factors were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis model. Results According to the comparative analysis results of the two groups of clinical data, it will have statistical meaning. Multivariate analysis of semantic variables showed that long-term bed rest(OR=2.971), intravenous indwelling conduit(OR=1.842) and intravenous use of strong irritating drugs(OR=2.313) were independent risk factors for deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Conclusion There are many risk factors of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after thoracic surgery. Clinical monitoring should be strengthened and treatment and nursing should be actively carried out in high risk patients.
