护理干预对62例胃肠道肿瘤手术后下肢深静脉血栓的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on 62 Cases of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity after Gastrointestinal Tumor Surgery

目的探讨护理干预对胃肠道肿瘤手术后下肢深静脉血栓的影响。方法从该院在2018年1月-2019年1月期间诊治的行胃肠道肿瘤手术患者当中选取62例作为该次研究对象,按照随机数字表方法将患者分成两组,对照组31例,采用常规护理,观察组31例,采用针对性的护理干预措施,对比两组下肢深静脉发生情况。结果观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率和肺栓塞发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者单侧下肢水肿发生率和双侧下肢水肿发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行胃肠道肿瘤手术患者实施护理干预,效果显著,可以明显降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生率,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on deep vein thrombus of lower limb after gastrointestinal tumor surgery. Methods 62 patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor surgery in our hospital during 2018,12019,1 were selected as the subject of this study, and the patients were divided into two groups according to the random numerical table method, 31 cases in the control group, routine nursing was adopted, 31 cases were observed, and targeted nursing intervention measures were adopted to compare the occurrence of deep veins in two groups of lower limbs. Results The incidence of deep vein thrombus and pulmonary embolism in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Observation group. The incidence of unilateral lower extremity edema and bilateral lower extremity edema was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor surgery is effective and can significantly reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
