下肢毁损伤急诊截肢患者术后心理护理的实施效果探讨

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Emergency Amputation of Lower Extremity Injury

目的探讨下肢毁损伤急诊截肢患者术后心理护理的实施效果。方法将接受急诊截肢手术的68例下肢毁损伤患者进行随机数表法分组,每组34例,对照组仅接受常规术后护理,观察组同时开展心理护理,对比两组护理效果。结果截肢手术后1周两组SAS、SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1个月观察组评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为94.12%,明显高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对下肢毁损伤急诊截肢患者实施心理护理十分必要,对于改善焦虑、抑郁情绪具有重要价值。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in emergency amputation of lower extremity injury.Methods 68 patients with lower extremity injury undergoing emergency amputation were randomly divided into two groups, 34 cases in each group. The control group only received routine postoperative nursing, the observation group received psychological nursing at the same time, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results there was no significant difference in SAS,SDS score between the two groups one week after amputation, but the score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group one month after operation. The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was(94.12%), which was significantly higher than that in the control group(76. 47%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion It is very necessary to carry out the psychological nursing for the patients with lower limb injury and the emergency amputation, which is of great value to the improvement of anxiety and depression.
